ARC EN CIEL, aware of the importance of applying quality techniques within the company,
has launched its own Self-Control Management System in accordance with IFS Food 8 and ISO
22000:2018 standards in order to improve the safety and legality of its products and
the company's image on international markets, as well as to improve internal quality.
The company's goal is to consolidate the loyalty already recognized by our customers.
This goal involves the commitment of all staff, as quality and safety are a priority in the work of
every employee in our company.
The specific objectives, defined by the company management, to be achieved through the Self-Control Management System,
relate to the following points:

and increasing the number of suppliers in order to establish a supply system that ensures
reliable service over time, both in terms of the continuity of the characteristics required of supplies and

disseminating within the company the objectives of quality, food safety,
worker health and safety, and the programs with which it intends to achieve these objectives.
Pursue the constant growth of competence and efficiency and effectiveness of its work
through:
a. definition, knowledge, and control of production processes
b. planning and management of appropriate training and refresher courses
c. introduction, where necessary, of new adequate resources and strengthening of the relationship with
current ones
3. Investing in its own facilities and improving them by restoring historic buildings rather than constructing new
ones, thus increasing the amount of concrete in our country
4. Ensure, through appropriate investment policies, the constant technological updating of
plants, equipment, and production facilities, respecting the criteria of
environmental sustainability.

applicable, guarantee the hygiene and healthiness of products through prevention systems and methods of

towards consumer health.
8. Improve and strengthen the company's position on the national and international market by maintaining
a priority focus on products derived from organic farming that characterize
Italian food culture and tradition, while meeting the most advanced standards of control and
product guarantee through the application of a food safety self-control system
compliant with HACCP principles.
9. Work towards the continuous improvement of production processes and the overall effectiveness of
its Quality and Safety Management System.

Furthermore, ARC EN CIEL promotes a Culture of Quality within its organization through:
- Promotion of training and education activities concerning the requirements applicable to the UNI
EN ISO 22000:2018 standard and the IFS Food Standard ed. 8, ensuring full implementation of the provisions
described in the Food Safety and Quality management system documentation;
- Promoting teamwork and involving everyone in the company's activities so that staff
can perceive their importance in ensuring food safety.
